TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, digital products, memberships, subscriptions, courses, content, downloads, communications, and related services offered by Rewired Kids LLC (“Rewired Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for use by adults, including parents and legal guardians. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
If you allow a minor to access or use any portion of the Services, you do so as that minor’s parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s use of the Services.
3. Services Provided
Rewired Kids provides educational, informational, digital, and subscription-based content, memberships, downloads, programs, and related services.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that are used in violation of these Terms.
5. Payments and Billing
Certain Services may be offered for a one-time fee or on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in effect at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe and platform providers used by Rewired Kids. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due.
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
6. Subscription and Automatic Renewal Terms
If you enroll in a subscription, membership, installment plan, recurring payment program, or automatically renewing service, your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless and until you cancel in accordance with our Subscription Terms or Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing interval disclosed at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the specific subscription offer presented at checkout, including price, billing frequency, renewal terms, trial terms if any, and cancellation instructions.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Your cancellation rights, renewal terms, and any refund rules are governed by the subscription offer you selected, our Subscription Terms, and our Cancellation Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included in or made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, branding, designs, downloads, lessons, curriculum, worksheets, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Rewired Kids and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute our content except as expressly permitted;
modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content;
resell, sublicense, share, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services;
remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services in any way that:
violates any law or regulation;
infringes the rights of others;
attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
interferes with the operation or security of the Services;
uploads or transmits harmful code, malware, or malicious content;
harasses, abuses, threatens, or harms others;
misuses community areas, comments, messaging, or support channels.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate use of the Services if we believe a violation has occurred.
10. User Submissions
If you submit comments, testimonials, suggestions, feedback, messages, photos, videos, or other content to us, you grant Rewired Kids a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute that content for business, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including Movement, Stripe, Google, Meta, HighLevel / GoHighLevel, and other vendors. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, privacy practices, or content of third-party services.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewired Kids disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any particular result will be achieved from use of the Services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewired Kids and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Rewired Kids for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rewired Kids for the specific paid Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rewired Kids and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we otherwise determine that termination is necessary to protect our business, users, or legal rights.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute-related provisions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith informal efforts to resolve the issue.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
